Use and Safety

Safety instructions:
• Mount on the rubber plate of the machine
• Never exceed the recommenden max. speed
• use protective glaves and goggles
• Use noise protection

Storage:
• Store the discs in a dry ventilated place in the following conditions
• Temperature between 5º and 50º
• Relative humidity 50-70%
• The disc must be kept away from heart sources and floors
• Keep the discs in their original packagibg until ready for use

Assembly:
• Aways usea a suitable support plate. It must have a diameter of not less than 90% of the diameter of the disc.
• Fix the disc on the shaft with a suitable flange nut, checking that there is minimal play.
• Do not modify the shape of the disc or reduce its diameter
• Do not remove the guard from the grinding machine

Use of the discs:
• Direct the sparks away from your body and flammable materiañs, and ensure that no one else is in close proximity to the sparks
• Do not use the disc on the edge like a cut-off wheel
• Keep moving the machine when is contact with the workpiece
